Here in eastern Pennsylvania, the trees look like this: bare. By now we should have seen buds opening on the branches, but it's been consistently cold this winter. Better times are ahead: Forecasters say we're to expect springlike temperatures for the next 10 days. Then the only thing bare will be men!
